M & C Appraisals Mission Statement
Our mission at M&C Appraisals is to provide our customers with accurate, on time appraisals by working with partners, clients, and borrowers to facilitate a professional appraisal process with no surprises.
Background
We are a fully licensed and certified appraisal company located in San Jose, California. We have been providing accurate, on time appraisals since September 2004. The professional appraisers of M&C Appraisals are qualified, have a strong educational background, and possess unquestionable integrity. The principals in the company are Mark Sova and Carleen Sova.

Mark Sova – President
Prior to founding M&C Appraisals in September of 2004, Mark had worked with other appraisal companies as an independent fee appraiser. Mark is an associate member in good standing with the appraisal institute and has had specialized training in appraising residential real property, both mobile and manufactured homes, FHA appraisals, REO appraisals, and relocation appraisals.

Carleen Sova – Vice President of Operations
Prior to joining M&C Appraisals, Carleen worked for J. Allen financial processing mobile and manufactured home loans and Century 21 as the Office Manager. Carleen has many years of experience with mobile and manufactured home financing and manages all operations at M&C Appraisals.
