Single Family Home, Townhouse, Condominium, or Multifamily Units Checklist ☑ Completed order form:
☑ If a purchase, purchase contract (Both Lenders and Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice require that we review the contract. If we have this upfront, it prevents delays in delivering the report.) ☑ A copy of preliminary title report (This is optional. If this is available, it provides us much of the information that we need on the home up front to start the appraisal process.) ☑ If proposed new construction, please include blueprints and Contractor Estimates (Since construction most likely has not begun, the blueprints and contractor estimates allow us to develop the appraisal report. If we have these upfront, it prevents delays in writing the report.) ☑ List of upgrades (This is optional. This helps us identify all property improvements to ensure we give full value for all upgrades.) ☑ If FHA appraisal, please include FHA case number (This is an FHA requirement and if we have this upfront, it prevents delays in writing the report.) ☑ If income property, include actual rents (This is necessary to complete the rent survey or small income report. If we have this upfront, it prevents delays in writing the report.) |
